INGREDIENTS:
- For the dough: Type 00 Flour, Durum Wheat Flour, Milk, Sugar, Lard, Ammonium Bicarbonate.
- For the filling: Ground Dried Figs, Sucrose Syrup, Almonds, Dark Chocolate, Candied Orange, Coffee.
- For the decoration: Egg, Diavolina (colored sugar balls).
Please note that "Buccellati di Fico" refers to a traditional Italian pastry made with fig filling. "Buccellati" is a term used for various types of traditional Italian pastries with different regional variations.
