In the package, you will find an assortment of almond pastries, including:
- Lemon pralines,
- Orange pralines,
- Tangerine pralines.
These sweets are a typical artisanal tradition of the enclosed nuns of Ericine, originally created as "desserts for special occasions." Made with almost the same ingredients as classic almond pastries, they differ in their round ball shape and a distinct aromatic note that especially enhances the citrus flavors, leaving a refreshing sensation in the mouth and a prolonged almond taste.
They are air-dried, not baked, and completely free from preservatives, gluten, and eggs, making them suitable for vegans as well.
They have a longer shelf life, lasting up to three months when vacuum-sealed and stored in a cool and dry place

Almonds, Sugar, Honey, Sugar Syrup
- Tangerine: Glucose syrup, mandarin essential oil, Carrageenan, potassium sorbate 0.2%, coloring E100, E160A, E160B
