For the dough: Type 00 Flour, Durum Wheat Flour, Milk, Sugar, Lard, Ammonium Bicarbonate.
For the filling: Almonds, Sugar, Egg Whites, Honey, Lemon Essential Oil, Vanilla. Sicilian Candied Pumpkin: Candied Pumpkin, Sugar Syrup, Citric Acid E330, Potassium Sorbate E202, Coloring; Safflower and Lemon Concentrate E113.
For the decoration: Sugar Syrup, Diavolina (colored sugar balls).
